Q1: How long will it take to receive the samples? A: After you make sample order, we'll send by fedex, usually it's around 3-5 working days.
Q2: What payment terms do you accept for the product? A: Payment by TT, LC At sight. If you have good Credit or we cooperated long time, OA.DP, CAD also workable.
Q3: Which model do I need for my product? A: We have lot of model for different usage, Such as: epoxy resin, mica powder, titanium dioxide, and iron oxide, etc. We will suggest the suitable model according to your end usage.
Q4: Could you accept OEM for the product? A: Yes, we can do the packing according to your demand. The packing bag, and the label all can do your brand.
Q5: Could you export to European? A: Yes, we have Reach. So it's no problem for us to export to european market.
Q6: Do you accept the inspection for the product? A: Yes, we accept the inspection, you can apply for any test. Such as BV, CIQ or else.
